Business Process Executive Archer Specialist Recruitment is an established, growing specialist recruitment company in Dublin. We are in an exciting period of change setting the business up to scale for the future. We are growing our Operations team and have created a new position for a Business Process Executive to join us. The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth, efficient execution of a range of key business processes, and to document and improve upon processes as we grow. We're looking for a proactive, detail oriented, process driven person with a desire to take ownership of a function, and to make a real impact on a business. We are a dynamic, growing business which means that ability to thrive in change and ambiguity is essential for success. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the executive team, and have oceans of space to learn, grow and progress in the business. This is a critical, highly impactful role that reports to one of our Directors. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3 5 years commercial experience in a similar role, and be ambitious, positive, proactive and hungry to learn and grow. As part of the role you'll take responsibility for the following: Playing a key role in setting our business up to scale Building an efficient back office operations machine Documenting, improving upon processes (including automating wherever possible) Supporting our Sales Director in Tender processes Manage important compliance processes Manage access, permissions, licences for our IT applications Manage the onboarding process for new hires Execute our HR system processes Recommend and drive process improvements (particularly automation) with leadership team Execution of a varied range of projects About You: We'd love you to have the following experience, skills and attributes: At least 3 - 5 years experience in Business Operations, Administration, Process Improvement or similar Consistently proactive, thorough, detail oriented, organised, process driven Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment with plenty of ambiguity Salary: Salary and package to be discussed based on your level of experience For more information contact Kieran Tumulty in confidence on or Skills: Process Business Ops Benefits: VHI Pension
