Maintenance Coordinator Job Description
Matrix Recruitment is actively recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator for our client based in Wexford. This is a permanent role with a full benefits package on offer.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and balanced workloads.
* Ensure compliance and safety by enforcing safety systems and meeting regulatory and company standards.
* Analyze and improve maintenance performance by investigating equipment breakdowns and optimizing processes.
We're Looking For:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator.
* Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana is essential.
* Completion of a Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation apprenticeship, or an NCEA Diploma (or equivalent) in related engineering fields is preferred.
* Hands-on experience in maintenance with strong mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation skills.
* Solid knowledge of engineering/process instrumentation.
* Familiarity with utilities, non-manufacturing processes, and systems that support plant operations.
* Key skills: Team player, effective communicator, methodical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
About the Role:
This Maintenance Coordinator position offers a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
