Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor - Kildare
The Life Science and Tech division is looking for Senior CSA Quantity Surveyors to join the team. The team is looking for a CSA Quantity Surveyor with at least six to eight years of experience.

Responsibilities
1. Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate subcontractors, negotiation & finalising subcontract orders, financial & commercial management of subcontractors to Final Account completion.
2. Managing and reporting forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in site records & document control.
3. Liaising with & commercially influencing/challenging site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlement.
4. Managing & overseeing AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issues.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects.
2. Experience working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semiconductors.
3. A relevant 3rd level qualification.
4. Experience in report writing, forecast planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
