We have an exciting opportunity to join Occupli as a Marketing Executive.
Candidates with experience in a similar role (minimum of 5 years) with a track record of achieving measurable marketing success would be preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Devising and leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, advertising, selected events, and online activity, with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
2. The areas for promoting will include accreditation bodies, ensuring that these courses and brands are promoted to achieve ROI to the required KPI for Occupli.
3. In depth knowledge of the workings of Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, CRM tools, and online marketing automation systems would be a distinct advantage.
4. Maintaining a comprehensive record of all marketing activity and implementing a tracking system for campaign performance and audience engagement.
5. Conducting in-depth analysis of campaign results, consumer feedback, data, and market research, including detailed competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
6. Ensuring brand consistency across all areas of the business while enhancing brand presence through integrated marketing strategies.
7. Posting and overseeing the production of blogs, e-newsletters, and other online communications, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and generates high engagement (e.g., through open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
8. Working with selected partners producing and collating reported raw data into presentation format to provide actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.
9. Developing, maintaining and executing a robust content calendar to support the marketing strategy across channels.
10. Preparation of material for sales and promotional activities, including personalising sales content for target audience segments and optimising lead conversion.
11. Preparation of marketing performance reports to evaluate challenges and develop solutions for delivery of KPI’s.
12. Liaising with the Sales and client solutions team to ensure they have all required material and ensuring that required amends or new material is actioned quickly, with a focus on supporting sales KPIs such as lead generation and conversion rates.
13. Manage and attend trade and consumer functions and events to promote the brand and network with potential partners.
14. Building and managing a PR and influencer strategy, establishing relationships with key members of online and offline press & bloggers, resulting in increased media coverage and brand mentions.
15. Driving the company’s digital strategy by optimising website traffic, improving lead acquisition, and increasing engagement across all social media channels.
16. Reporting on key marketing KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), conversion rates, and marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to assess and improve marketing effectiveness.
17. Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders across the business to gain insights and to help deliver sales for the various areas of the business.
18. Conduct and present findings from market research both internally with clients as well as externally with key stakeholders in order to develop sales growth solutions as well as customer service issues.

6. Approachable and motivational, with leadership experience in managing small marketing teams or collaborating with cross-functional teams.
7. Able to work within a small team and as required to ensure that goals are met, ensuring all marketing efforts contribute to overall business objectives.
8. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including paid social campaigns, content marketing strategies, and social media analytics tools.
