My client, a well-established and reputable company in the medical device industry, seeks an experienced administrator to handle accounts administration tasks and utilize accounting software.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at their site in Athlone.

Administrative Support
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
Accounts Administration
* Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
* Deal with debtors.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
* Enter financial data into the accounting software with precision.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
* Organize and maintain financial files and documents.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role.
* Proficiency in using accounting software packages (e.g. Opera, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
