The 5* Intercontinental Hotel, Ballsbridge is currently looking for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to join its team. Reporting into the Director of Conference & Banqueting, they will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operation of the Conference & Banqueting department.
The InterContinental Dublin is located in the leafy suburbs of Ballsbridge, within close proximity to the RDS, Aviva Stadium and is on a frequently serviced bus & DART line.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Manage the Conference & Banqueting operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring quality service and standards are maintained along with delivering a five-star guest experience that is unique.
2. Ensure compliance with all local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements.
3. Work with the Director of Conference & Banqueting Manager to run the Banqueting operation, ensuring quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique.
4. Be passionate about world-class hospitality service in a 5* environment.
