We have an excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join the Febvre Wines team.
The purpose of this position is to identify and develop new business in this sector to achieve sales and margin targets.
To assist, when needed, to help manage and develop relationships with existing major On Trade customers, to grow and develop their business profitably.
Role and Responsibilities:
Achieve annual sales and gross profit targets for Key Accounts.
Win and develop profitable new business and work with the broader team on large scale tenders.
Provide support for the Sales Representatives to achieve sales growth in the On Trade.
Ensure we deliver excellence in customer service for our customers through account management, planning & forecasting.
Resolve and work with support functions, logistics, customer service team, and telesales to ensure processes are put in place to drive customer service.
Liaise with the supply chain team to ensure adequate availability of product, manage weekly SOH reports for the customers, and help in the resolution of date and slow-moving stock issues.
Build upon and enhance the strong relationship between Febvre and our On Trade key accounts.
Education, Skills and Experience:
10 years' experience/knowledge in the Wine Industry or in direct On Trade sales (knowledge of competitors/range/customers).Full clean driving license.
Proven track record in proactive field sales, new business development, and achievement of targets.
Demonstrable passion & a sense of urgency.
Third level qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
