About the Role
As a Line Manager at Tesco Ireland, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives. Your key accountabilities include:
* Leading and coaching your team to deliver the best Shopping Trip for customers
* Delivering all key performance indicators for your departments
* Planning seasonal, trade driving, and promotional activities to achieve maximum sales and impact
* Ensuring safe and legal routines for your departments
* Providing regular coaching and feedback across the store
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers, creating an environment that encourages innovation and personal growth, and role-modeling a culture where customers love to shop and colleagues love to work.
