Senior Occupational Therapist - Community-Based (Thurles/Templemore) - Full-Time, Temporary Are you an experienced and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist looking to make a real impact in the community?
We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team, providing high-quality occupational therapy services in the Thurles/Templemore area .
The Role: In this full-time, temporary position, you will work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred interventions to support individuals in maintaining independence and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Work collaboratively with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote independence in daily living activities through tailored therapy programmes.
Provide education, training, and advice to clients and caregivers.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development.
Requirements: A degree in Occupational Therapy and current CORU registration .
A minimum of three years' post-graduate experience.
Experience working within a community setting is desirable.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
A full, clean driving licence and access to transport is essential.
