Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: North Dublin offices near the airport
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Ground Ops Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on operations.
Duties Include:
* Support system integrations between HR and global payroll systems, resolving discrepancies as needed.
* Update payroll in relation to salary changes for movements within the company.
* Verify input of information relating to new starters, including tax and bank details.
* Prepare monthly payroll-related journals.
* Assist with current expansion projects and ad-hoc reporting as required.
* Prepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments and deductions.
* Bulk load spreadsheets to the payroll system.
* Contribute to internal controls and procedures, including documentation and testing.
* Prepare 3rd party payments.
* Participate in various payroll projects and opportunities as assigned.
