We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a key client during a critical transformation period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the business in navigating change, ensuring the people agenda aligns with business needs.
* Assess risks and provide strategic advice to stakeholders.
* Advise on talent development, deployment, and ER issues.
* Maintain project timelines and budget alignment.
* Provide guidance on HR guidelines and best practices.

* Degree in HR or related field.
* Proven experience in large-scale HR change management.
* Excellent relationship-building and influence skills.
* Strategic thinking and logical problem-solving ability.
* Ability to multitask across multiple projects.
* Flexible work arrangement, including 3-5 days on-site per week as needed.
