Leading supplier to the construction industry. £200M+ turnover High performing Branch. THE COMPANY: Our client is one of Ireland's leading suppliers of construction products. With locations nationwide, this organization supplies the construction market with a range of brands from domestic suppliers including international suppliers. As part of their continued growth plans, the company is now looking to recruit a Branch Manager in Cork to manage a high performing location. THE ROLE: As the successful Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals in various disciplines, including sales, support, and operations within the branch. There are 10 on the team currently, with varying levels of experience. You will be responsible for driving sales of the branch by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, dealing with main contractors as well as the general public throughout your region. You will also be responsible for the profit and loss (P+L) of the branch, so you must be comfortable with financial planning, or have the desire and ability to pick up this skill. This role is based 100% in the branch in Cork, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. There is no weekend work involved in this role.
