Project Manager, HR Operations - Hybrid
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Project Manger within a leading Biotech Multinational. Based in Dublin Head Office, this is a flexible hybrid role with the successful candidate having primary responsibility for partnering with HR Operations leadership on global projects and establishing an operational excellence mindset within the Global HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders on projects that support business and functional strategic objectives (project types include, but not limited to, People, Process, and/or Technology).
* Develop project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet business needs and requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders in identifying strategic areas of opportunity to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, or cost.
* Create processes, tools, and templates for the identification, execution, and successful handoff of projects within the HR function.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related discipline required.
* 10+ years relevant experience with 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role preferred.
* Prior experience in applying these techniques within an HR function is highly preferred.
* Project Management Certification (PMP) Required.
* Experience with Workday essential.
* Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Visio.
