Meeting and dealing with customers in our office and over the phone to take payments and apply payments to customers' accounts.
Processing and paying suppliers' invoices.
Assisting with VAT returns under the guidance of accountants and liaising with accountants for year-end accounts.
Managing online banking and monthly direct debit runs.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a bonus but not essential (training will be given).
