What you'll do
Docusign is looking for a Pipeline Program Manager for the DACH region to drive the creation of outbound prospecting campaigns used at scale by our sales organisation. In this role, you’ll build target contact lists and nurture messaging that will be used by sales and sales development teams to create, accelerate and expand pipeline for different sales motions. You will work cross functional go-to-market teams on defining world class strategies and programs to engage and convert prospects and customers. Your goal will be to identify the best way to drive impact, leveraging the work of the greater team to clearly articulate successes and failures, and scale pilot programs.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Pipeline Programs EMEA.
Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with internal sales, sales development, customer success, product marketing, operations and enablement collaborators to drive key initiatives and ensure timely delivery and execution of Pipeline Programs.
* Align to key sales customers and develop a process for campaign ideation, campaign creation, sales participation and expectation setting during planning stages.
* Create calendars with clear deliverables for teams to ensure campaign success.
* Develop a steady cadence of communication.
* Capture campaign feedback and report on campaign KPIs to sales and marketing collaborators.
* Coordinate with the greater marketing team to ensure that you are driving towards other marketing programs supporting similar targets/personas/industries.
* Analyse and identify key prospect and customer difficulties, buying patterns and business opportunities for Docusign and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape.
* Lead and optimise the program creation, execution and deployment process to ensure flawless execution.
Job Designation:
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation).

What you bring
Basics:
* 3+ years of high-tech sales or marketing experience, preferably in a field facing role.
* Proficient in working across the organisation and an understanding of Sales processes.
* Strong project management skills and an ability to develop and deliver programs within a high velocity, shifting environment.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Ability to engage senior Sales leaders in relevant conversations.
* Solid understanding and confidence with Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau and Zoom Info.
Preferred:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
* Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
* Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to react quickly, to think through problems to come up with innovative solutions.
* Sales development experience is a plus.
