As a Commercial Business Partner within L'Oréal's Professional Products Division (PPD) in Leinster & Connacht outlines a dynamic role focused on growing salon accounts, working in close collaboration with the Regional Manager.
Core Responsibilities: This role is all about driving sales growth within a defined geographic territory by managing and expanding relationships with existing salon accounts and acquiring new ones.
This involves a deep understanding of the business, the ability to analyse data, and the creation of tailored business plans for each client.
The role emphasizes a consultative approach, understanding the client's needs, and offering solutions.
You have: Relationship Building and Influencing: The ability to build strong, long-term relationships with salon owners and key decision-makers.Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, sales strategies, and financial performance is essential.
Analysing data, interpreting market trends, and developing commercially viable plans.Growth Mindset: Proactively seeking new business opportunities and driving sales growth is a core expectation.
This involves identifying potential areas for expansion, developing innovative solutions.Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communicator and comfortable building and adapting presentations to deliver compelling customer centric plans.Planning and Organization: Developing and executing structured business plans, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively are critical.
Adaptability and the ability to re-prioritize in response to changing circumstances are also important.Development Opportunities: Identifying and supporting opportunities for salon expansion, new service offerings, or other growth initiatives.Irish Professional Hair market: Comprehensive understanding of the market– ideal but not required.Reporting Structure: The role reports to the Regional Manager for American Brands Ireland.
