Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Managed Service Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve tickets in the Alerts queue
* Collaborate with the Managed Services team to refine processes and reduce ticket volume
* Identify and address recurring alerts to improve system stability
* Review and report on customer updates, antivirus, vulnerability scans, and SOC coverage
* Support agent deployment and customer projects
* Research and develop repeatable software maintenance solutions
* Implement and manage firewall changes for security and toolset optimization
* Work closely with customers during onboarding and rollout projects
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in an MSP Support Centre role or similar
* Self-starter mindset with a drive for efficiency and process improvement
* Knowledge of Datto RMM and alerts queue management
* Firewall configuration experience
