* Lead and manage the IT Team, promoting high service standards.
* Ensure systems and processes are in place to support outstanding delivery.
* Oversee key IT projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
* Drive system and service improvements aligned with business goals.
* Manage staff development, including recruitment, training, and mentoring.
Requirements:
* Retail IT qualification and leadership experience.
* Strong customer focus and IT Security knowledge.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Business One is an advantage).
* Familiarity with WMS, project management, and business software.
* Excellent computer and organizational skills; flexibility and adaptability.
