* Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits administration and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
* HR Queries: Handle employee queries related to day-to-day HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate maintenance of employee, training, and HR records.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Education: Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
* Experience: Experience in a fast-paced HR environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
* Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
