Job Title: Front Office Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's reception area.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting. Knowledge of OTA Extranets and Hotsoft System is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of reception and its staff
* Develop and implement staff training programs
* Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department
* Liaise with Sales and Revenue departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
