About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Group Leisure Manager to oversee and optimise the operations of our leisure centre facilities across multiple hotel properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leisure centre management, with a focus on commercial growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience and contributing to Cliste's position as a leading hotel operator in Ireland.What We Offer:Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.Clear pathways for career development and progression.Generous staff discounts on stays across the iNUA Collection.A diverse, inclusive, and welcoming team environment.What You’ll Be DoingOversee the operations of leisure centres and spa facilities across multiple hotel properties in Ireland.Develop and implement strategies to grow membership and increase revenue across all sites.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices across all Leisure Centres as well as H&S training requirements for all staff.Recruit, train, and manage a team of centre managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.Create and monitor performance targets for each leisure centre and spa.Control budgets and analyse financial performance across all facilities.Drive revenue growth through membership sales, secondary spend, and promotional activities.Coordinate with hotel management to align leisure and spa offerings with overall guest experience.Conduct regular site visits to maintain consistent standards and identify areas for improvement.Implement and oversee staff training programs to ensure high-quality service delivery.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in senior leisure centre management roles.Proven track record in commercial management and revenue growth within the leisure industry.Experience working with large leisure centre chains or hotel groups preferred.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel regularly to different hotel properties. A company car will be provided.Weekend, evening work and overnight stays may be necessary to facilitate work schedule.
