SERVPRO of Cowell Services, Inc. is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to lead their team to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop project scopes and estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
* Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers and/or clients.
* C Coordinate and oversee crews and resources for active projects, including subcontractors.
* Review job site documentation to ensure proper client requirements and billing processes.
* Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
* Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and material assets.
Additional Responsibilities
* Ensure customer satisfaction through online reviews.
* Provide priority response to potential customers.
* Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Requirements
* Valid driver's license.
* At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
* At least 3 years of industry experience.
* IICRC certification preferred.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
* Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
* Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
* Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
* Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
