Manage senior managements calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings. Preparing documents and PowerPoint presentations. Help create engaging content for social media channels. Assist with marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials. Manage enquiries and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Support customer feedback initiatives to improve client satisfaction and be the friendly face and first point of contact for clients and visitors. Ideal candidate 3+ years experience as an office administrator, personal assistant, or similar role. Strong knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and digital collaboration tools. Experience in supporting marketing activities, including social media management and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proven customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
