About the Role
As an ACAM Engineer, you will be part of our engineering team at Ryanair, ensuring the highest engineering standards for our fleet of over 575 aircraft.
Main Responsibilities
* Close ACAM, ARC, and SAFA/SACA findings on time to satisfy Airworthiness Review Inspectors or NAAs.
* Identify root cause and implement preventative actions to prevent reoccurrence.
* Work with Ryanair Group MROs and Engineering staff to implement systematic changes.
* Liaise with other departments in Engineering and Flight Operations to ensure comprehensive approaches.
* Liaise with IAA and National Aviation Authorities regarding findings and proposed corrective action plans.
* Administer MEL amendments for all Ryanair Group AOCs in collaboration with other departments.
Requirements
* Relevant Engineering Degree or EASA Part 66 modules.
* Previous experience in Technical Services / CAMO / Compliance roles advantageous.
* Technical knowledge of Boeing 737NG aircraft; Airbus A320 an advantage.
* Understanding of EASA Part M/CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
* Experience writing and reviewing technical instructions.
* Systematic approach to problem-solving.
* Lateral thinking to find areas of improvement and provide solutions.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
* Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
