We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager to join this great semi-state organisation.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for designing and executing a robust Internal Communications Strategy that fosters employee engagement, drives strategic change, and enhances the overall colleague experience.
As the Senior Internal Communications Manager, your role will be crucial in managing change communications, people initiatives, and key organisational projects.
You will partner closely with leadership to ensure seamless communication across all levels of the business, aligning with the People Strategy, Corporate Strategy, ICT Strategy, and EDI Strategy.
Your work will directly impact the organisation's culture, talent engagement, and long-term communications goals.
Can you offer 8 yrs+ experience in the following?
Strategic communications (considering multi-generational audience) / Leadership engagement.
Internal comms stakeholder engagement.
