Role: Client Services CoordinatorReporting To: Centre ManagerLocation: ARC, 65 Eccles Street, Dublin 7Salary: €19,600Contracted Hours: 21 hours per week: Wednesday (9 – 5), Thursday (12 – 8) and Friday (9 – 5) As part of ARC centre team, the Client Services Coordinator works directly with ARC clients, by phone, e-mail and in person through our drop in.
By listening to our clients and identifying their needs, you support and match clients with the most suitable and impactful ARC support for them.
This role is dynamic and supports the centre manager in maintaining current services, course and programmes to highest standard by working closely with ARC volunteers, psychotherapists and complementary therapists as well as group and class facilitators.
As a growing centre, the client service coordinator is also involved in bringing new ideas and suggestions to improve ARC services and supports for ARC clients.
To be successful in this role you will have:5 years or more experience in a similar area (paid, voluntary or placement)OR 3rd level qualification in relevant health, social care or community discipline and 2 years experience in similar area (paid, voluntary or placement)The successful candidate should have: Case management skills/experienceStrong communication skillsExcellent technical experience e.g.
