My client, a well-established Irish business, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support their team.
Job Summary:
* This part-time, office-based role involves providing administrative support and managing the team's diary.
* You will assist the sales staff in processing daily inquiries and support the office administration/operations.
* Prepare and submit quotations and calculations for customers within technical specifications.
* Communicate with suppliers, process orders, and correspond with customers via phone and written correspondence.
* Select and advise on suitable products for customers based on your knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or administrative environment.
* Proficient computer skills, ideally including Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in internal and external communication.
* A motivated self-starter who can also take instruction and work independently.
