We are looking for a Python Tech Lead to join our team to automate HR business processes for the entire company of 3,500+ employees.
These are a variety of services, including the employee portal, office booking system, EDF for employees and accounting, a service for analytics and salary revision, and even an internal streaming service.

You will handle tasks ranging from improving current engineering processes to developing service architecture and implementing new functionality .
This will require expertise in building team work and experience in Python development using asynchronous frameworks.
Team: Architect, 4 Backend, 2 Frontend and 2 QA engineers, UI/UX designer, Business Analyst, and System Analyst.
Our stack: Python 3, FastAPI, SQS, Kinesis, S3, Lambda, OpenAPI, Swagger, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Nomad + implementing Kubernetes.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
