Barden are excited to be assisting in the search for an Account Executive for a leading broker in Dublin. This person will provide effective support across a wide variety of tasks within the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Assist in achieving the Commercial Renewal Business budget and retention targets, including upsell and cross-sell goals.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key broker partners and ensure high-quality, accurate work.
* Foster effective working relationships with brokers by building trust, anticipating needs, and sharing information.
* Collaborate with the team to meet broker needs and maintain alignment with team goals.
* Comply with all management audit requirements and ensure adherence to prescribed file quality standards.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
* Prior experience in the insurance industry is essential, though it doesn’t need to be extensive.
* Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
* Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
* Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
