The main responsibility for this role will be to assist with the everyday preparation of food offerings in the kitchen, delivering exceptional attention to detail to ensure all hygiene safety standards are met.

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably as a Commis Chef.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
* Commitment to adhering to company health and safety rules.
* Excellent communication, motivation, organization, and time management skills.
