Job Title: Financial Administrator
A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our client's team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all visitors are welcomed promptly and courteously, maintaining a professional business image.
* Sign courier deliveries and notify the relevant personnel.
* Prepare daily lodgements.
* Process manual visa payments and bank statements.
* Process weekly payrolls via Sage Micropay, ensuring authorization.
* Save payroll reports and maintain up-to-date records.
* Handle general payroll inquiries.
* Invoice daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices.
* Prepare income summaries for meetings.
* Assist with administrative projects and events as directed.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent.
* Prior experience in payroll administration and invoicing is desirable.
* Excellent communication and Excel skills are essential.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
