Position Summary We are on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rapid Response Specialist to join our talented team.
In this role, you will be mobilized to various client sites to provide immediate support for their customer service needs.
Your expertise will significantly contribute to ensuring that our clients maintain high standards of service delivery when it matters most.
Key Responsibilities Respond effectively to customer inquiries in Dutch and English, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Travel to assigned client locations across Europe as needed, often at short notice.
Quickly learn and adapt to different client environments, systems, and procedures.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and support.
Work closely with client teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements Qualifications Fluent in Dutch and strong command of English ; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
Experience with crisis management or emergency response is an asset.
