About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled French Content Moderators to join our team. The ideal candidate should be from a French-speaking region in Africa, such as Congo, Senegal, Mali, or Cameroon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues through our ticketing system, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
* Utilize market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for our community's support needs.
* Analyze data to develop ways to improve the user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Language Skills:
* Fluent in French language (C1-C2) for oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of regional culture and social trends.
* Advanced English (C1) level.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, permanent position with Covalen. Work hours are either day shift (9:00am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm – 2am), Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
