We are seeking experienced Managers to join our Transformation Delivery team within EY's Consulting practice. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale transformation projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and deliver transformation projects to time, cost, and quality
">
* Work with clients across various sectors to consistently deliver exceptional client service
">
* Ensure project plans, project logs, and project budgets are managed effectively
">
* Deliver major project/programme activities, including business process design, testing, and end-user training
">
* Work directly with clients to create innovative insights and solutions
">
* Integrate data to inform insights by sharing technical, sector, and market knowledge
">
">
Internal Responsibilities
">
">
* Assist in client account management activities, including recruitment and financial aspects of client engagements
">
* Build valued relationships with clients and colleagues to generate new business opportunities
">
* Provide a supporting role in presentations and proposals for medium to high-complex projects
">
* Communicate effectively with EY senior management and build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams
">
* Understand all EY service offerings and identify opportunities to better serve clients
">
* Build strong internal relationships within consulting and across other services lines
">
* Support team development activities, including coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and contributing to performance feedback
">
">
Requirements
">
">
* Approximately 5 years' experience in a management consulting or similar advisory role
">
* Over 5 years of Project Management experience, managing and delivering large-scale projects, programmes, and transformations
">
* Experience as a client-facing project manager using waterfall methodologies across one or more focus sectors
">
* Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Master/Product Owner, SAFe Scrum Master/Product Owner
">
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes
">
* Good understanding of project governance and change management principles
">
* Strong 3rd-level educational qualifications, additional professional qualifications desirable
