Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
* Weekly scheduling of production plans and distribution of same to relevant persons each week broken down daily per production line to ensure that production deadlines are met.
* Determine labour/staffing requirements based on production plans having the capability to redeploy if and when necessary.
* Develop an effective working relationship with the Purchasing & Sales teams to ensure that customer demand is understood, communicated and planned for production.
* Working with production, quality, and procurement to capture and log any issues affecting production progress.
* Liaise with the Production Manager for the daily/weekly Production Meetings to ensure this forum is an effective and fast-moving stream of information to ensure production plans are achieved.
* Prepare production run in our production system and prioritise as per customer requirements.
* Full understanding of our production ERP software package (KBS).
* Prepare weekly allocation plan and communicate to the team.
* Prepare weekly report detailing planned production vs actual production.
* Working alongside Production, Warehouse & Operations Manager to ensure labour targets are achieved.
* Events preparation, including packaging check and label prints check.
* Support on production roster and assist with allocation cost for the weeklies account.
Key Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to perform well under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
* Highly accurate with fine attention to detail essential.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills desirable.
* Own transport required as this role is primarily based in St Margaret's, Co Dublin.
