**Job Title:** HR Specialist
CPL in partnership with Pfizer are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join their team at the Newbridge site for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This will be an on-site role.
Job Brief:
We require an accomplished and results-driven HR Specialist to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. The ideal candidate will oversee HR programs and policies, manage employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, administer benefits, and support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, as well as other Site Talent programs.
The successful candidate will have experience with HR procedures and be able to efficiently juggle various administrative tasks. Ultimately, the role of the HR Specialist is to ensure our HR department supports employees while adhering to labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer routine tasks in delicate circumstances, such as providing reasonable accommodations.
* Execute human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
* Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
* Provide employee relations counselling.
* Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action when necessary.
* Support DEI programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
* Oversee and administer other Site Talent programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* 2 years of experience in HR roles, such as HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Analyst.
* Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Strong systems skills and proficiency with HR software and tools.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is an on-site role based in Newbridge.
