The successful candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Lead a finance team to drive efficiency and process improvements
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
* Collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth and financial planning
Requirements:
* ACCA or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
* Strong technical accounting skills and experience in financial management
* A strategic mindset with the ability to influence key business decisions
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
