In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to be the partner of choice for the professional hair industry. Inspiring stylists and creating desirability amongst consumers with meaningful brands.
We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, with a rich history over years.
The -brand portfolio includes the likes of L’Oreal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken and Matrix and the division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair and beauty products.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
You Will:
Act as a Business Partner, establishing and implementing business plans, solutions and carrying out regular business reviews and identifying client needs;
Accurately forecast territory turnover and build comprehensive risk plans in the event of short forecast versus target;
Secure the account base from competitors;
Working closely with LP Education Team to establish and deliver education plans to ensure salon staff are continuously being upskilled and attendance on key LP education programmes;
Establish and deliver education plans in accounts, ensuring the expertise of the salon staff in using and recommending the Kérastase range;
Achieve targets set by Sales Manager;
Win new business;
Implement marketing activity in accounts;
Execute a structured salon contact strategy including a logical blended journey plan and ensuring all existing and prospect customers are connected with on a monthly basis;
Respond quickly and effectively to client requests;
Ensure customer files are maintained. Complete all required administration in a timely and accurate manner, including updating salon information management system;
Promote and drive the use of L’Oréal Partner Shop (LPS) in existing and new doors; Uphold the standard of % salon base on LPS;
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the marketplace, luxury brands and customers to ensure effective market intelligence
Manage client credit facility in line with Company credit terms;
Network with colleagues across the Professional Products Division to share best practice and maximize success in multi branded and prospect accounts
WHO YOU ARE
You Have:
A commercial background with a proven track record is essential
Experience of working in a virtual world – using online technology to connect and network with clients and build relationships
Commercial acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills
A proven track record delivering against multiple targets

Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships virtually and face to face
