About the Role:
This role is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating communications campaigns and materials for EMEA leadership and priority regional initiatives. It executes executive and internal communications programs that project the desired image for the corporation and keep employees informed. The role involves coordinating and developing Town Halls and leadership meetings, thought leadership, and executing company-wide initiatives at the regional level.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning, development, and coordination of internal communication programs for large-scale initiatives for EMEA employees. Support divisional or targeted communications for the EMEA president. Create written and visual content to support campaigns such as leadership memos, videos, infographics, digital newsletters, and internal articles. Counsel partners on strategies and programs to meet departmental objectives. Help execute thought leadership platforms on behalf of the EMEA president and leadership. Coordinate and manage quarterly Town Halls and monthly leadership messages. Interact with all levels in the organization to produce desired materials. May act as a mentor to junior-level partners. Ensure consistency of messages and brand through all communications globally.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in internal and executive communications. Be a technical expert with in-depth knowledge in the area of marketing communications and internal communications, usually acquired through formal education in journalism or advertising. Requires strong analytical ability, excellent written and PowerPoint skills, strong judgment, and communication skills, technologically savvy, and the ability to work effectively with clients and management and staff.
