Position Overview:
The Digital Services Customer & Commercial eCommerce Product Owner will be hired for a Maternity Cover Contract opportunity and will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of digital marketing and eCommerce technology initiatives in line with the Operating Unit business plans and global charter. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams on initiatives to enhance our online presence, drive eShare, enrich the connection between marketing and eCommerce and ensure seamless integration of technology solutions to support marketing and eCommerce efforts.
What You’ll Do for Us:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive technology enablement, adoption and support strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals (in partnership with global technology leads and chosen technology platforms).
2. Be closely involved in use case development, capability requirements, business architecture and solution architecture option creation and decisions to enable programmes.
3. Manage the roadmap for technical and system development, clearly articulating and gaining alignment for dependent business processes.
4. Collaborate with the customer and commercial OU team, the marketing team and digital acceleration team to design and execute effective solution analysis, program plans and prioritised roadmaps.
5. Cross functional stakeholder management and communication. Manage and build key business stakeholder relationships while also providing effective communication to wider cross functional teams within the organization.
6. Backlog prioritization and management working with internal teams and third-party vendor teams.
7. Project implementation and leadership with cross functional project management.
8. Problem solving and strategic thinking - have comfort in navigating through ambiguity particularly in business requirements, technology options and direction.
9. Provide a clear focus on enablement of incremental business value and its impact.
10. Vendor management in partnership with Global or Operating Unit counterparts.
11. Business analysis skills, discovery and project planning to identify and map the value of digital services support on business initiatives.
12. Navigate the Coca-Cola system network to optimise collaboration, engagement and performance to improve the value of the digital services toolkit and services.
13. Ensure the seamless integration of global systems with other business processes, including training and change management.
14. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing and eCommerce initiatives.
15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain the company's competitive edge.
16. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions and services.
17. Develop and manage the reporting requirements and suite of reports to support KPI measurement and tracking of business goals, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
18. Ability to discover, analyze and clearly communicate data requirements into concise reporting needs while working alongside Business Intelligence teams.
19. Strong business acumen with working knowledge of the eCommerce and Digital Marketing landscape, to work closely with business partners on potential better use of the technology or recommended actions aligned with our strategy.
20. Provide a strong project management skillset in terms planning and execution of projects according to TCCC project management methodology (Agile), meeting agreed deadlines and adoption goals, giving guidance to our global delivery partners and vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Technology, E-commerce, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or product management, preferably within the CPG industry.
3. Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience.
4. Demonstrated experience working across all stages of the technical / system development lifecycle.
5. Savvy with understanding technical architectures (ecosystems) and dependencies.
6. Analytics mindset, experience with dashboard requirements and executive review presentations.
7. Practical experience of project management and technology enablement - managing the delivery of multiple digital initiatives demonstrating effective coordination of business and technology stakeholders.
8. Strong communication skills with ability to adapt communication styles to communicate to leadership, business teams as well as technical teams.
9. Demonstrated experience in writing business requirements and translating these into technical ready user stories.
10. Strong business acumen with working knowledge of the eCommerce, digital marketing and the digital shelf landscape, to work closely with business partners on potential better use of the technology or recommend actions aligned with our strategy.
11. Knowledgeable in technology data flows, system connections and APIs.
12. Comfortable with learning new tools and being a leader and ambassador for these tools to stakeholders, demonstrating their business value along the way.
13. Ability to work on numerous assignments at one time with proven follow-through, attention to detail and dedication to cross-functional partnerships.
14. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high-quality output.
15. Clear, concise, and user-friendly interpersonal skills to easily transmit your ideas, a tools purpose, roadmap, and status to any audience.
16. Experience in AgileDevOps project methodology.
17. Experience working with generative AI is beneficial.
18. Experience in the Coca-Cola system is also beneficial.
