Community Operations Analyst Role
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Community Operations Analyst to join our team at Covalen in Dublin.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position working onsite at our Sandyford location. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced environment and will be required to work flexible hours, including evening shifts with a premium. Hungarian language skills are essential for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will assist our clients' community by resolving inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time. They will become knowledgeable about our clients' products and community standards, make well-balanced decisions, and be an effective advocate for our community.
