Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 7+ years' HR generalist experience in a remote or hybrid organization Healthcare and/or Behavioral Healthcare experience strongly preferred Expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills An energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach to work The ability to impact people initiatives positively and productively Experience with an HRIS Experience with orientation and onboarding Experience in drafting, reading, interpreting, and enforcing policies and procedures Knowledge of employment laws, rules and regulations affecting human resources Strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with leaders in the business Coaching certification a plus What you'll do (Essential Job Functions) Oversee HR operations to continuously improve HR processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals Create and maintain an employee handbook Design and implement effective employee onboarding/offboarding processes Manage employee relations and provide support on HR-related issues Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Oversee implementation of HR technology solutions Provide support to employees on complex HR issues Partner with leaders to assist with coaching and managing teams Facilitate performance management reviews and merit increases Oversee HR Manager Training Build trust and integrity with employees while maintaining a strong organizational culture Coach and influence leaders through organizational change Provide expertise in labor regulations across all HR processes This role is a great fit if you are… Passionate about improving lives and believe in the greater good Tenacious and persistent, bringing creative solutions to tough challenges Accountable and collaborative, working independently while maintaining communication Proactive, taking ownership of key tasks Not afraid to have tough conversations or make recommendations Thorough, detail-oriented, and committed to getting the job done Efficient and able to prioritize competing demands Growth-oriented, viewing constructive feedback as an opportunity Open-minded, compassionate, flexible, and possessing good humor Thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment Open to learning new techniques and tools Remote position but must reside in specified states Please Note: Remote employees must comply with our Remote Work and Private Workspace Policy, including:
