Job Title: Mobile Front of House Facilities Co-Ordinator Location: Dublin, Ireland Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Main Duties and Responsibilities To support the delivery of workplace services on various Client facilities and to assist in managing day-to-day front-of-house and facilities operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
To deliver agreed Customer Service To ensure compliance with EH&S legislation in line with policy Supplier / Service Management Use of technology to conduct & record work Dealing with client staff Requirements: Proven track record in a similar role, preferably with at least 3 years experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player Proven ability to manage a wide variety of tasks Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Flexibility, various shift times applicable (client specific).
First Aid Responder preferable Fire Marshall Lead preferable Management at the supervisory level preferable We are happy to hear from anyone with skills in any of these areas.
