A leading Legal Services Management company, based in Dublin 22 are currently recruiting an experienced Office Administrator to join their team This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, and adept at multitasking in a busy and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming environment. - Manage scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings. - Provide administrative support to case managers and staff. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files. - Assist in organising events, workshops, and training sessions. - Manage daily office operations, including inventory and equipment maintenance. - Update social media and assist in digital marketing campaigns. Key Skills and Requirements: - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software. - Empathetic and strong customer service orientation. - High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information. - Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and work in a dynamic environment. - Minimum of 5 years of administration experience. Hours: Mon-Fri -9am-5pm. Salary €35k-40k plus onsite parking and bens.
