We use a variety of techniques and different credit or actuarial tools and data analytics software across our client projects. Whatever the project, you’ll make the most of your analytical skills to deliver real commercial insights—insights that will help our clients prepare for issues you see regularly on the news.We aim to develop accomplished, well-rounded Risk Modelling Specialists across a number of industry sectors and risk types (credit and insurance risks). This means exposure to a wide range of clients and project situations, including the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams or with people from our network firms overseas.Our PwC Irish Risk Modelling Services practice provides support to clients in relation to all aspects of life and non-life insurance, including reserving, Solvency II, IFRS 17, capital requirements management, impairment provisioning, financial modelling, risk management solutions, and audit support, both in Ireland, across Continental Europe, and the world.Our current core focus areas are in ESG, Banking, Enterprise Risk Management, and Data Science and Analytics. We provide support to our strategy and consulting colleagues on whatever analytical problems they face as part of multidisciplinary teams.We offer excellent training to our people to strengthen their technical knowledge but, equally importantly, to broaden their personal and consulting skills.
