Job Responsibilities:
* Compile estimations, bills of quantities, and quotations for Projects
* Obtain quotations from Suppliers & Sub-contractors
* Manage & Track quotations issued to Clients via our CRM System (full training provided)
* Subcontract management including payment claim assessment
* Compile Interim Progress Claim Valuations and Final Accounts to Clients
* Compile & substantiate Variations and Extension of Time Claims to Clients
* Cost reporting
* Assist with the compilation of Tender submissions for large Projects
* Assist with large Contract Management and Administration
* Interact with the company team to maximise project & financial management, procurement, production, and strategies

Required Qualifications:
Education:
Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

Experience:
* Experience within the Civil Engineering and/or Utilities sector will be highly regarded.
* Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise several projects at the same time.
* Ability to achieve demanding targets and deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Excellent IT skills with a high level of competency in Word and Excel.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet key deadlines and demands.
* Ability to present and report on key projects.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with clients, teams, and contractors.
* Ability to analyse cost data and project financials with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers to achieve the best value for money.
