Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Quality Administrator in Dublin.
Salary up to €40,000
Main duties:
* Ensure daily operations comply with Good Distribution Practice and the latest Health Products Regulatory Authority guidelines across all GDP-related activities.
* Support the business in maintaining an effective Quality Management System in accordance with company policies and operational procedures.
* Develop, update, and manage standard operating procedures as required.
* Oversee documentation control, including filing, archiving, and administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Conduct GDP documentation training for staff.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and submission of required documentation.
* Assist in implementing and supporting the internal audit program.
* Communicate professionally across the company to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
* Undertake additional projects and duties as directed by the Quality Manager.
Main requirements:
* Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Environment experience preffered
* Previous experience and understanding of GDP desirable
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate with colleagues in a positive way.
* Able to adapt to changing circumstances requiring flexibility.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word.
* Proficient verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in English.
