Role Overview A highly skilled and results-driven Digital Growth Manager is now required to achieve new levels of digital growth and lead the digital performance marketing roadmap.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a real impact on revenue and our brand: driving the numbers using insight and expertise, and influencing and enhancing TBCSLs online presence.
We are looking for someone commercially minded who understands how to drive demand and generate qualified leads and bookings, whilst also having the ability to lead UX, UI, CRO and create an integrated digital end-to-end journey.
The role is based in Trinity and is responsible for digital growth and online performance across the commercial business areas.

ie Core Responsibilities: Lead and own the digital acquisition strategy, tactics and objectives for driving high quality traffic, bookings and revenue for improving new visitor acquisition growth and performance, increasing visitor traffic, maintaining consistently high levels of conversion throughout the sales funnel, driving online sales and bookings, and promoting engagement with returning visitors/bookers Increase search visibility, rankings and effectiveness of digital advertising, growing our digital footprint and profile through new media placements, audiences and channels, optimising existing advertising strategies and designing and implementing new ideas Own targeting, forecasting, ROI and reporting across all digital channels and hold agency partners to account on achieving booking, revenue, sales targets and conversion levels.
You will have a genuine passion for demand generation and acquisition and will be quite obsessive about hitting the numbers and driving growth Deliver a joined-up end-to-end online journey and continual evaluation of all commercial platforms and activities, managing and implementing across digital channels (Websites, Microsites, App, Email, Display, SEO, PPC, Paid Social Media) and ensuring we have an integrated approach for both prospective, new and returning bookers Own websites and microsites and implement an ongoing CRO strategy Lead, project manage and deliver key strategic digital builds, portals, sites and web projects along with creating a monthly website development programme of enhancements, advising on UX, UI, design and functionality and self-building wherever possible Consistently raise the bar by comprehensively using data, insight, analysis, expertise and experience to optimise and improve campaigns, building test and learn strategies and identifying marginal gains - continuously optimising and improving the acquisition strategy, and delivering recommendations to provide further efficiencies, ROAS and ROI Work closely with Head of Marketing and Marketing Team to ensure a joined-up online and offline approach, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Trinity Drive the ongoing content strategy with the Head of Marketing and Digital Team to keep the website refreshed, updated and inspiring for prospective, new and returning bookers; fully integrating email, PPC and social media campaigns Understand tone of voice and branding and its importance across PPC and SEO for brand stand out, and have an ability to recognise what makes a good or bad image, content or message Line manage 2 x direct digital reports Experience & Skills Required Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing, ecommerce, performance marketing or digital growth role In-depth knowledge and experience across all digital platforms and clear understanding of how to optimise performance and growth to drive online revenue and sales Experience leading, managing and executing SEO/PPC/CRO/Digital Advertising campaigns with high results Strong analytical skills, obsessive about Google Analytics, digital dashboards and web stats, constantly reviewing the daily numbers, tweaking and optimizing Experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio and the ability to query data and set up data transfers Confidence owning, developing and creating exceptional digital campaigns, projects and initiatives end to end Experience managing, coaching and leading a team Team player who is keen to succeed Collaborative and works well building relationships externally and across the business Highly organised: able to prioritise and work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and upbeatattitude - youll work proactively and always keep on top of things in a very dynamic environment Energetic and entrepreneurial, with a reputation for getting things done Skills: digital marketing, ecommerce, performance marketin analytical skills Highly organised Benefits: Performance Bonus bike to work blended working pension
