As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a large client for our professional services team.
You will primarily help maintain, support, and build our Windows systems.

What you'll be working on:Evaluate environment and implement standards according to best practicesOperationsBuild and deploy Windows Server images in AWS, Azure, and VMWare environmentsPerformance tuning and general maintenance of Windows ServersPerform direct/query-based deployment of patches, Microsoft updates, device drivers, and applications to servers on the network using approved automation tools and producing success/failure reports for the deploymentManage and maintain a global environment of ~5,000 endpoints, with over 15 supporting infrastructure site serversCreate documentation on system designs, procedures, processes, and changesWork with vendors and application owners as needed to resolve issuesCommunicate day-to-day activities, operational challenges, or general feedback to management through defined reports and regular meetingsResponsible for special projects related to assignments, customer needs, or service management requirementsPeriodic participation in an after-hours on-call rotation supporting production environments 24x7Ability to learn and adapt SRE practices and actively promote a DevOps cultureWhat you bring to the role:3+ years of experience building, managing, and maintaining Windows Server operating systems.3+ years of experience with managing Microsoft Active Directory (AD).Experience deploying customized applications and security patches utilizing Microsoft SCCM with Task Sequences, Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), and Group Policies.Automation/scripting experience using PowerShell, Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), Bash, or Ansible.Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, host firewalls, and load balancing.Must be able to work in a matrixed organization.Must be able to articulate technologies and solutions to all levels of customer and contract personnel.Periodic travel to Dallas (TX), Orlando, or Fort Lauderdale (FL) may be required for this role.Benefits:Competitive compensation package, because your hard work deserves recognition.4-week Paid Time Off for the first 3 years, with increasing accrual afterward.8 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off to contribute to causes close to your heart.6-week paid Parental Leave to focus on what matters most during significant family moments.Unlimited access to Udemy for Business to support ongoing learning and career development.Mental well-being resources like the Calm app, EAP program, and Teledoc Mental Health services.Flexible work schedule that aligns with your team's schedule.LIFE at accesso:At accesso, we believe that fun is a fundamental part of the workday!
