Commercial / Project Administrator
We are working with a successful local fit out contractor who designs and manufactures locally to recruit their new Commercial Administrator in Magherafelt.
About the Role
Working closely with the commercial and contracts manager, you will provide administrative support across all aspects of the business. This includes:
* Procurement administration, liaising with suppliers and placing orders
* Supporting work scheduling and planning
* Administration on health & safety documents
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
* Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and progress updates, to ensure transparency and informed decision-making
* Monitoring project activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards, addressing any deviations promptly
* Finance / accounts admin
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with:
* Administration experience gained within a construction, manufacturing or engineering environment
* Confident communication and IT skills
* An interest in developing a career within the construction industry
